Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage assigned brands within the strategic brand portfolio.
 - Achieve key performance metrics, including top-line growth, market share, and profitability.
 - Develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies.
 - Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and field activities.
 - Conduct market analysis, sales forecasting, and competitor tracking.
 - Measure ROI of brand strategies and implement necessary improvements.
 - Perform market research and feasibility analysis for new business opportunities.
 - Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan for assigned brands.
 - Conduct field visits to gather insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific support to brands by delivering the latest scientific information on products, therapy areas, and clinical guidelines.
 - Develop and ensure the quality of scientific materials, including Product Monographs, LBLs, VAs, PSIs, PIs, and PLIs.
 - Conduct medical training sessions and product training for field personnel.
 - Contribute to new product ideation, including indication expansion, unique dosage forms, and novel product suggestions.
 - Prepare New Product Launch Presentations for the sales team.
 - Handle Regulatory Affairs & Licensing for domestic and international (ROW) markets, coordinating with R&D, QA, and CROs for dossier submission.
 - Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through field visits.
 - Respond to medical queries within 24 hours.
 - Act as the point of contact for Pharmacovigilance (Pv) queries, coordinating with Pv service providers for implementation and PSUR writing.
